What Does this X-ray Indicate?

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic... Noted here you have coarsened interstitial lung markings... Here it can be mild or early interstitial lung fibrosis.... Rule out occupational exposure related interstitial disease if exposure to asbestose, silica , coal is there.... Second it could be early mycoplasma like interstitial pneumonia... Serological testing done if needed... Rule out autoimmune disorder like rheumatoid arthritis by RA factor... In your case clinical correlation with detail history and investigation needed.... I want to suggest you to do spirometry that is pulmonary function test to investigate further.... Avoid respi irritants like.... -smoking -environmental pollution -dust, mould etc to a less.. Echinacea like herb useful in soothing and resist infection.... If condition worsen you might need steroid and bronchodilators .... you can consult pulmonologist for detail work up and examiantion.... Take care... Dr.Parth
